CrossMed Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Des Moines, IA. The role is an overnight shift for 13 weeks, starting 08/31/2026, with housing and benefits offered through CrossMed's travel program.

Nurses will provide high-level patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain strict documentation and patient safety standards. Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of ER experience, graduate from an accredited program,

Qualifications

• Requires RN program graduate
• Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
• Ability to monitor and collaborate with health team during procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and administer medications as ordered with proper documentation
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and health team members
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of supplies, assist with transports as needed
• Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time when required
