Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The role requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts and a 13-week contract in a hospital ER setting.

The position includes ALCS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications. You will provide emergency nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and proficiently use GE monitors and the Meditech EMR system.

Qualifications

• ALCS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC are required.
• RN with ER/travel experience preferred.
• CPR and emergency care certifications must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a busy hospital ER setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and utilize GE monitors and Meditech EMR system efficiently.
• Adapt to variable shifts, including potential weekend night shifts.
• Maintain certification and clinical skills for ER procedures and protocols.
