Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Department travel nurse (RN-ED) for a 9-week assignment in Augusta, GA. This position requires 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and active RN licensure.

You will work 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend and weekly pay through TotalMed RN’s travel program. Candidates must have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, and additional certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH certifications required; additional certifications may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage and implement care for ED patients according to physician orders.
• Provide bedside care, wound care, IV therapy and monitoring.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; document patient history and vital signs.
• Report abuse to appropriate agencies; adapt to a fast-paced emergency environment.
