Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking a Travel ER RN for an on-site Emergency Department position in Independence, MO. The contract runs for 13 weeks starting 11/23/2026 with a Day Shift 12-hour schedule (07:00–19:00) and 4:1 patient ratios.

Total weekly pay includes a $540 base and a $1,470 stipend, plus potential 48 hours guaranteed option. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI for RN, with additional NIH and staff CPI as noted. Unit uses Meditech EMR and ER equipment.

• NIH Certification

• Day Shift – CNC, Team leads, RN, Advanced Paramedic, EDT, MHSC, Secretary
• Night Shift – CNC, Team leads, RN, Advanced Paramedic, EDT, MHSC, Secretary

Patient Ratios – 4:1 (3 rooms and 1 hall bed in high volume)

Type of equipment – cardiac monitors, EKGs, US, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO Drills, Lifepak, etc.

EMR: Meditech
