Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Travel RN-ED (Emergency Department) for a 13-week hospital contract in Houston, TX. Start date is 10/19/2026 and 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift.

The role involves providing emergency nursing care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and documenting patient information in Meditech EMR. Requires BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications and active RN licensure in Texas.

Qualifications

• RN with ED experience and appropriate nursing licensure.
• BLS; ACLS; PALS; TNCC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to trauma and ED patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses to treatment using GE Monitors and Belmont Rapid Infuser.
• Document patient information accurately in Meditech EMR system.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist in trauma procedures.
