Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking an ER travel nurse for a 13-week assignment at Covenant Hospital Plainview Enhanced Response in Plainview, Texas. The role pays $1,961 per week and follows a Days shift with a 3x12 schedule.

As the ER RN on this assignment, you will rapidly triage incoming patients, reprioritize as acuity shifts, deliver time-sensitive medications and interventions, and drive stabilization, testing, and disposition with the emergency team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ER nursing experience required.
• Active Texas RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients across acuity levels and adjust care as conditions evolve.
• Deliver rapid interventions for emergent presentations such as cardiac events, stroke, trauma, and sepsis.
• Administer emergency medications, IV therapy and other treatments as ordered.
• Respond to codes and trauma activations as part of the resuscitation team.
