Job summary

Qualifications

• Texas RN license required prior to hire date.
• Advanced Life Support certifications within 6 months of hire date.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS or equivalent certifications as per hospital requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team.
