Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position in Independence, Missouri with Cross Country Nurses. Travel assignment in a 40-bed ED staffing over 120 professionals. Duties include IV starts, phlebotomy, cardiac monitoring, and other emergency procedures.

The role requires BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC certifications, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of ER experience. Evening shifts, 12 hours each, minimum 36 hours per week, starting 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC certifications are required.
• Current licensed RN with emergency care experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of emergency department experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ED.
• Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, cardiac monitoring, and emergency procedures.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients while delivering compassionate care.
