Job summary

Capstone Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Globe, AZ. You’ll provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ER, working with a devoted team to stabilize patients and improve outcomes.

The role requires at least 1 year of ER experience, the ability to handle rapid changes, and willingness to cover 3x12 shifts. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered by Capstone through our healthcare partner.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year ER or hospital setting experience.
ER travel experience preferred.
Must be able to work 3x12 shifts and be part of a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the medical team.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information accurately in the Meditech 6.0 EMR system.
Participate in call shifts as required, with 24-hour duration.
