MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Illinois. The position is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts, and falls under a travel employment type.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Current license in good standing and appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care in the electrophysiology lab as part of the cardiac team.
• Use imaging equipment to help doctors detect and treat heart and blood vessel issues.
• Review patient history and verify orders; ensure accurate and complete records.
• Evaluate image quality and confirm target areas are included in the images.
• Communicate results with the physician; assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines; deliver quality patient care.
