Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a contract in Olathe, Kansas. The role supports the EP lab team, performing imaging and patient care duties in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have an active license, relevant credentials, and 18+ months EP lab experience, preferably in critical care. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, and credentialing fee coverage.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support in the electrophysiology lab.
• Assist the cardiac catheterization and EP team with procedures.
• Use imaging equipment to help detect and treat heart/blood vessel issues.
• Review patient history and verify medical orders.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure the area is captured.
• Communicate imaging results to the doctor.
• Assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic EP lab procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care with a focus on timeliness and compassion.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately.
