Job summary

Cross Country Allied seeks a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a contract role in Austin, TX. The position runs for 13 weeks with a 40-hour workweek and dayshift hours (6:30 AM–5:00 PM).

Responsibilities include supporting EP lab procedures, equipment management, and patient care, with exposure to mapping systems from Carto, Abbott, Boston Scientific and Medtronic during ablations, device implants, and extractions.

Qualifications

• Required RCIS, RCES, and ARRT certifications; applicable licensing as required.
• Minimum 1 year cath lab or electrophysiology scrub experience; 0 years minimum experience otherwise.
• More than 1 year of scrub experience in cath lab or EP lab preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support EP lab procedures and equipment management.

Responsibilities

• Support procedures and operations within the EP lab.
• Assist with ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart interventions.
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance.
• Maintain patient care standards and assist during procedures.
