Job summary

Newsandtribune in Hartford, CT is seeking a Cardiac Invasive Tech or Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week contract in an EP lab within an acute care hospital. Expect day shifts from early morning to late afternoon with no weekend or holiday coverage, and mandatory RCIS/RT(R) certification, ACLS and BLS, licensure if applicable, and a COVID vaccination card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Cardiac Invasive Tech or Cath Lab Tech.
• RCIS or RT(R) certification required.
• Current ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association) certifications required.
• License required if applicable.
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration.
• References required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Electrophysiology (EP) unit within an acute care hospital setting.
• Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with assigned late days during the week.
• No weekend or holiday coverage required.
• 13-week contract.
• BLS certification must be issued by the American Heart Association and must include both the front and back of the card.
• License or certification verification must be dated within 30 days of the start date.
