Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Akron, Ohio. This role requires an active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications, plus eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Endoscopy setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.

• ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Endoscopy setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment/data collection focusing on patient needs.
• Provides technical assistance during endoscopic procedures.
• Maintains patient communications and confidentiality.
• Stores, checks and administers medications per standards.
• Maintains nursing records and ensures privacy.
• Works with minimal supervision during procedures, admission and recovery.
