Job summary

TotalMed RN in Decatur, GA is seeking an Endoscopy RN for an immediate travel assignment. The role requires 1-2 years of acute care experience with endoscopy-specific responsibilities and certifications in ACLS and BLS.

Expect travel, 10-hour shifts, and strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The position offers a 13-week travel contract with a tax-free stipend and benefits via TotalMed RN, a leading travel nursing agency.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years acute care experience required.
• Endoscopy nursing experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Endoscopy unit, supporting physicians and the medical team before, during and after procedures.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures with safe practices.
• Maintain endoscopes and equipment, ensuring decontamination standards and traceability records.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment in accordance with standards and regulations.
