Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Endoscopy travel nurse in Webster, Texas. The role centers on delivering high-quality Endoscopy nursing care, supporting the surgical team, and maintaining stringent equipment decontamination and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of acute care experience and hold ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications. This travel assignment involves 40 hours weekly, days shift, with standard travel benefits from TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Endoscopy Unit supporting physicians and the medical team before, during and after procedures.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures to ensure safe practices.
• Maintain decontamination records and traceability of endoscopes and equipment.
• Keep the clinical area safe and clean according to established standards.
