Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel assignment in Salem, Virginia. You will work in the Endoscopy unit at LewisGale Medical Center, 1900 Electric Road, Salem, VA 24153, 2nd floor, with 36 hours per week and 9-hour daytime shifts.

This 13-week assignment requires active RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, and ability to circulate, scrub, recover and discharge patients. Typical procedures include EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP and bronchoscopy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Endoscopy experience preferred, but not required.
• Current RN license; BLS and ACLS required.
• Proficient with Meditech EMR and endoscopy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients, circulate and scrub in procedural cases.
• Recover and discharge patients after procedures.
• Assist with EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy.
• Maintain patient safety and accurate documentation.
