Job summary

TotalMed RN in Plano, TX is seeking an Endoscopy RN for an immediate travel assignment. This 13-week travel role requires 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts, and a strong focus on endoscopy procedures while supporting the surgical team. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and current ACLS and BLS certifications.

The position offers a tax-free stipend, weekly pay, and benefits through TotalMed RN. Travel nurses must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Endoscopy Unit, supporting physicians and the medical team during procedures.
• Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures and ensure safe working practices.
• Maintain endoscopes and equipment, including decontamination records and traceability.
• Keep a safe, clean clinical environment compliant with standards and regulations.
