Cross Country Nurses in Santa Fe, NM seeks an experienced Endoscopy Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The role includes day shift nursing care in the Endoscopy Lab, patient assessment, and procedural support within a fast-paced unit.

Requires BSN preferred, 1 year related RN experience, NM license or compact, BLS and ACLS. Floating to other Surgical Services areas is expected. Start date 10/05/2026; end date 01/02/2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty required
• RN license in the state of employment or compact license
• BLS through AHA required
• ACLS through AHA required

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex nursing care based on the nursing process for assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments using protocol, monitor for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Educate patients, families and caregivers regarding procedures and care plans
• Make assignments and delegate tasks to other care providers to ensure high-quality clinical management
