Emergency Room (ER) nurse position available in a local healthcare facility. This role involves providing acute care to patients requiring emergency services during night shifts. The successful candidate will have experience in trauma, critical care, and emergency procedures, ensuring prompt and efficient patient care.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, at least 2 years of experience, and the ability to work weekends in rotation
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, trauma level experience, familiarity with community hospital environments, and proficiency with charting systems
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Candidate must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to start. Candidates must provide 7-year work history verification with accurate documentation. RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 7 days per contract, with holidays beginning at 7:00 PM the night before and ending at 7:00 AM the day after the specified holiday. Orientation hours will vary by specialty and are included in the onboarding process.
