Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a level I trauma facility. This position involves working evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with an initial orientation date of October 26, 2026, and a duration of approximately 12 weeks. The role requires prior travel experience in a large trauma environment, with a strong emphasis on emergency nursing skills and certifications.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of ER experience, prior travel experience in a large level I trauma setting, valid Florida license or compact license, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, EMR: Cerner prior experience required, orientation date: 10/26/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: AVADE training or willingness to be responsible for paying travelers for non-billable class time
• Additional Information: Must have a minimum of 2 years of ER experience, including trauma experience. Must have a valid Florida license or a compact license on file at the time of submission. Travel experience in a large trauma center is required, and candidates may need to complete non-billable class hours unless they have AVADE training. The position is contingent upon interview and offer approval after manager review.
