Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) nurse position available in a healthcare facility within Wichita. The role involves providing acute emergency care, with a schedule of nights shifts every other weekend. Candidates should be prepared to float to like units on the same campus or another campus within the city as needed. The assignment is expected to start on 10/11/2026 and end on 01/30/2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Licensure in the appropriate state; Nursys license verification; completion of ascension resume, ascension profile, and ascension 2 professional references; valid emergency nursing certification (ER specialty)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in emergency room settings; familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, specifically Cerner and OneChartCeil blue scrubs
• Float: Float rotation may be required to like units on the same or different campuses within Wichita
• Additional Information: Candidates should be aware that floating to similar units may be necessary within the same hospital campus or to other campuses within Wichita.
