Job summary

Sound Physicians seeks a Medical Director-Ambassador Travel Team member to lead emergency medicine efforts across communities. You’ll work with EM, Hospital Medicine, and Critical Care teams, supported by a national network and leadership development tools to improve patient care.

In this role you’ll contribute clinical leadership, mentor new team members, and participate in leadership initiatives while enjoying block scheduling and a travel-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine.
• ABEM or AOBEM eligible/certified.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Flex in and out of medical director duties to support the leadership needs of the team.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, taking on leadership opportunities to develop new team models and mentor new team members.
• Participate in team meetings and initiatives, driving high-quality care and advancing our mission to improve bedside care.
