• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume (~100,000 visit) ED

• 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting

• Ability to coach and give feedback in real time


• Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED
