HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for Springfield, Missouri. This is a 13-week travel assignment with 48 hours per week, on 12-hour day shifts.

Start date is 11/09/2026. Requires MO licensure or eligibility, plus BLS, ACLS, and PALS (TNCC/NIHSS may be required before start). Preference for trauma center experience; travel assignment with facility-determined weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year Emergency Department experience in Level 1, or 2 years in Level 2 Trauma facilities.
• Current RN license in Missouri or eligible to licensure in Missouri.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA; TNCC, NIHSS may be submitted but must be obtained prior to start.

• Years of Experience: 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility only; this must be indicated on the resume

• Number of Beds: 68
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 routinely, surge and other circumstances will alter. We do not guarantee ratios.

Hiring Profile

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility only; this must be indicated on the resume. This is a busy urban trauma center.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: trauma/peds, 200+patients/day, high acuity experience preferred
• Type of Patients on Unit: We are a level one trauma, Stroke, STEMI center and regional burn center
