Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED with 13 weeks in Duluth, MN. You will work 36 hours per week on a rotating 12-hour shift in a Level 2 Trauma/Stroke/STEMI center, caring for an average patient load with flexible weekend requirements.

Applicants need MN RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC, and 2+ years ER experience in acute care; trauma and pediatric experience is a plus. Epic charting is required; travel benefits apply.

Qualifications

• MN RN license and current state licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years ER experience in short-term acute care setting; travel experience preferred.
• ED experience with adults and pediatrics; trauma center.

Manager Interviews
UNIT: EMERGENCY

Minimum Experience: 2+ years ER experience in short term acute care hospital setting- 1 travel assignment

Required Certifications: MN RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Desired skillset: ED experience with Adults and peds; trauma center

Charting Experience: Epic required

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend. Every other holiday

Unit overview: Level 2 Trauma, Stroke and STEMI center that sees ~75 pts/day

Patient ratios: generally speaking 4:1 - but not fixed
