ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the ED in Riverdale, Georgia, for a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts.

The RN will deliver safe patient care using the nursing process, communicate with the care team, and uphold EMTALA and privacy standards while directing patient/family education. A current state RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required; NIHSS or stroke cert and COVID vaccination are preferred.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse provides direct patient care within the scope of practice and directs and guides patient/family teaching along with the activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing care in Telemetry. The Registered Nurse communicates with physicians about changes in patients' clinical conditions, including the results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. They must respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions and treatment responses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
