ARMStaffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department travel assignment in Chattanooga, TN. The 13-week contract requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, and the unit features 19 beds plus a 4-bed psychiatric pod.

The RN will administer meds, monitor vitals, and coordinate care in a fast-paced ED, ensuring optimal patient outcomes while utilizing Hillrom and Stryker equipment. Active TN RN license + ACLS/BLS/PALS/CPI required.

Qualifications

• Must have TN RN license and applicable certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI).
• Experience in emergency care and acute patient management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sepsis and stroke care principles.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment such as Hillrom and Stryker devices.
• Document patient care activities in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of TN.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications are mandatory.
• Strong skills in sepsis and stroke care.
• Experience in emergency care is preferred.

Pay Package

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
