Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a travel assignment in Philadelphia, PA. The role encompasses operating in the EP lab, assisting clinicians, and ensuring patient safety during complex cardiac procedures.

The position requires a current license, relevant EP certifications, and typically around 18 months of EP lab experience, preferably in a critical care setting.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
• Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support in the electrophysiology lab as part of the EP team.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in EP lab.
• Review patient history and verify medical orders for procedures.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure target areas are captured.
• Communicate results of imaging to the physician promptly.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
