MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a contract assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role involves assisting the EP team in the cath lab, using imaging equipment to aid diagnosis and treatment, and ensuring accurate patient documentation.

Requirements include current licensure, appropriate certifications, and 18+ months of EP Lab experience, preferably in a critical care setting.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• 18+ months EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care in the electrophysiology lab with the EP team.
• Use imaging equipment to help physicians assess heart and vessel issues.
• Review patient history and verify medical orders.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure relevant anatomy is captured.
• Communicate results of imaging to physicians.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in EP labs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Contribute to timely, compassionate patient care and maintain accurate patient records.
