Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 12-week assignment in Port Charlotte, Florida. Start date 11/09/2026. Work 40 hours weekly, 10-hour days in an EP lab setting.

Responsibilities include supporting the EP team, imaging review, patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Travel assignment includes housing options and competitive pay through a Joint Commission-certified agency.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist EP team with patient care in the electrophysiology lab.
• Use imaging equipment to help detect and treat heart/blood vessel issues.
• Review patient history and verify medical orders.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure the region of interest is captured.
• Communicate results to the doctor after imaging.
• Assist physicians in EP procedures and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain patient records accurately and legibly.
