Talented Medical Solutions in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department for a 13-week night-shift assignment. The ED RN will provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, using the nursing process in alignment with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ED, BLS/ACLS/PALS, Cerner EMR, and flexibility to rotate weekends and float as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Emergency Department.
• Active Arizona RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Cerner EMR experience required.
• Ability to work nights, rotate weekends, and float as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide care for ED patients across the shift.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor changes, and respond to emergencies.
• Prioritize care using clinical judgment in a high-acuity setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate treatment.
• Administer medications and document in EMR per policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR.
• Supervise assigned staff and direct patient care delivery.
• Uphold infection prevention and safety procedures.
