Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification on hire and maintained.
• Minimum 1 year ED staff nurse experience in acute care.
• Experience supervising ED operations and staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ED operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts; ensures safe patient care.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments.
• Supervises and coaches staff development; supports HR activities.
• Monitors supplies/equipment; coordinates patient flow, admissions, transfers, discharges.
• Rounds with patients/families; provides direct patient care as needed.
