Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED – Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts. The assignment runs for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts.

The candidate must have an active RN license and a nursing degree from an accredited program, with 18 months of recent ED experience. BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required by the client facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions
• Provide care in the Emergency Room for patients with various illnesses or trauma.
