Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department night shift in Alabama. Requires active AL or compact RN license and 1–2 years ED experience. This 13-week travel assignment runs 7p–7a with per diem and housing support.

Candidates should have no employment gaps of 90 days in the past year and certifications that do not expire within the first 30 days. Local candidates within 50 miles are ineligible; CHS travel policy applies.

Qualifications

• Active AL or compact RN license required.
• 1–2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required.
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Services department in a hospital setting.
• 13-week assignment.
• Night shift schedule (7p-7a).
• RTO requests must be for less than one week.
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will not be considered.
• Travelers who worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered for this travel position.
