Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift over a 16-week duration.

Required are an active RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program, with BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC possibly required. Eighteen months of recent Acute Care ER experience is preferred.

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and stabilize diverse trauma and illness cases with decisive action.
• Prioritize injuries using triage based on medical need.
• Make quick, accurate assessments of incoming patients' physical and mental health.
• Deliver care in the Emergency Room while recognizing life-threatening conditions.
