Job summary

HumanEdge - CT is seeking a travel nurse RN for the ED in Willimantic, CT. This contract position runs approximately 13 weeks with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour shifts.

Start date is 09/21/2026 with an assignment end around 12/19/2026. Candidates must hold CT RN license or Compact and have ED experience, ACLS, PALS, BLS and NIHSS certifications. Epic is used for documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in CT or Compact, with ED experience.
• Minimum 2 years in ED or similar setting.
• ACLs, PALS, BLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to use Epic electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED nursing care per protocol and physician orders.
• Assess, triage and stabilize patients in ED.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Document accurately in EMR and manage patient safety.
