Active Colorado RN license or compact license, BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC, STABLE, and NRP are required, with a BSN or higher preferred. The role involves ED patient assessment, critical care coordination, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safe transfers and high-quality care,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced ED.
• Provide safe, evidence-based emergency nursing care.
• Perform triage, treatment, evaluation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and coordinate transfers/discharges.
• Educate patients and families and provide appropriate support.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
