Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care intervention including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care, documenting care given.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers and discharges.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and family and provide education.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
