Qualifications

• Must have BLS, ACLS, PALS and 2–3 years current acute ED experience.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Director prefers Meditech experience; candidate will be part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans and evaluate patient care needs, carry out physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs and wound care.
• Educate patients and families; discharge planning and mentorship.
• Provide efficient, timely charting and support in a fast-paced ED.
