Qualifications

• 2+ years ED experience for contract labor
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC for contract labor

• Strong understanding of medical terminology (department coordinators)

Responsibilities

• Trauma care, stroke care, laceration repair and orthopedic trauma procedures.
• U/S IV insertion and IO access as routine skills.
• EKG interpretation and cardiac/trauma patient care.
• Requesting and interpreting labs and imaging per protocol.
• Collaborating with ED team to maintain patient flow and safety.
