Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in DuBois, Pennsylvania. This ED travel assignment runs for 13 weeks, with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour day shifts.

Requirements include an active PA or compact RN license and CPR/ACLS/PALS/NIHSS certifications. Expect Cerner EMR usage and no local candidates. Benefits include insurance from day one, a 401(k), weekly payroll, CEUs, and travel/licensure reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active PA or compact RN license in hand.
• Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications.
• Emergency Department nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting.
• Rotating shifts include 7:00-19:30, 11:00-23:30, and 19:00-7:30.
• Rotation of shifts every 4-6 weeks.
• Every other weekend shifts required.
• No floating to other units for ED RNs.
• Cerner EMR system is used.
