Nexus MedPro Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced ED - Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Huntersville, North Carolina.

You will work nights, 3x12s (36 hours per week) at Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center, with 1:4 patient ratios. Expect EPIC and Pyxis systems, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM shifts, and a requirement for ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS, and MOAB upon completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2-3 YEARS ED EXPERIENCE.
• Traveler Experience: Accepts 1st time travelers.
• Certs: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS, and MOAB (facility will offer MOAB class).
• Preferred – Skills: critical care patients, trauma, triage, and boarding inpatients.
• Preferred – Certs: ENPC and TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Target Ratios: 1:4 - assignments flex up and down based on acuity.
• Float Requirement: NONE.
• Weekend Requirement: This is every other weekend - Sat/Sun.
• No trauma services, transfer to PMC.
• UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC.
• SCRUBS: Navy and/or White.
