Vetted Health is seeking an RN with Emergency Department experience for a travel assignment in New Haven, Connecticut. You will work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, with a 13-week contract starting ASAP. 2+ years of ED experience required and travel nursing experience preferred.

The role includes handling diagnostic prep, medication administration, patient education, and post-procedure monitoring. Housing stipends and travel assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ED nursing experience.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Travel RN assignment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
• Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
• Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
