Job summary

Medlivo Inc. is seeking a Travel Echo Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Garden City, Kansas. The role supports a 36-hour workweek, with 12-hour day shifts, Friday through Sunday, and on-call coverage as needed.

The position requires general ultrasound skills with OB and vascular experience; ARDMS certification and BLS are preferred, with radiologist on-site three days weekly. Telemetry and PACS access via Epic RIS and Fuji PACS are used.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in echocardiography/ultrasound.
• ARDMS certification preferred; BLS (AHA) and RDCS-AE are advantageous.
• Experience with EMR/PACS systems such as Epic RIS and Fuji PACS.

Responsibilities

• Perform ECG/Echo studies and general ultrasound procedures including OB, vascular, and abdominal exams.
• Float between Echo and Ultrasound; adapt to coverage needs and zone requirements.
• Work shifts as 12 hours long, fri–sun schedule with on-call duties and radiologist on-site 3 days per week.

Volume: ~10–15 studies/day
IV Starts: No
Floating: Must float between Echo and Ultrasound; possible Zone 4 coverage during extreme need
Weekend: Scheduled Friday–Sunday; on-call as required
Holidays: On-call only
Call: Yes — after 9 PM and weekends
Radiologist: In-house 3 days/week
Orientation: 12 hours; must be in-state during orientation week
Scrubs: No specific color
