Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Idaho Falls, ID. The Echo Tech will perform echocardiograms, manage patient care, and ensure image quality for interpretation by physicians.

Requirements include 1 year of experience, BLS, ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS, and any required state licensing. Willingness to travel and adhere to department procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Echo experience.
• BLS, ARDMS (RDMS AE), CCI (RCS); state licensing as required.
• Echo tech must stand/walk long periods and have strong anatomy/physiology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate cardiac ultrasound equipment and ensure image quality for physician interpretation.
• Prepare patients for echocardiograms and maintain accurate records.
• Perform Doppler, color Doppler, stress echo, and transesophageal echocardiograms per standards.
• Maintain equipment and PACS systems as directed.
