Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel job in Fortuna, CA. The right Echo Tech must have 1 year of experience and hold ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS certification, with BLS and state licensing where required.

As an Echo Tech, you will operate the cardiac ultrasound machine, prepare patients, and ensure accurate images for physicians. The position runs 13 weeks at 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Echo Tech experience.
• ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS certification required.
• State licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Demonstrate competence in echocardiographic studies.
• Acquire quality Doppler and color Doppler images.
• Perform stress echo and other specialized imaging.
• Maintain and process study data and records.
• Coordinate with physicians for interpretation.
