Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a Travel Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) for a 13-week assignment in Greenwood, SC. The role requires cardiac imaging expertise, ARDMS certification, BLS, and 1–2 years of experience.

You will work 40 hours per week, 8-hour days on a travel assignment across multiple facilities, delivering high-quality echocardiography services. The position offers housing stipends, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program.
• Requires national certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent if applicable and license by the state regulatory agency if applicable
• Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty, RVT/RCS/RDCS or equivalent for Cardiac/Vascular, required within 18 months of hire if applicable.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency at all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist.
• Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac imaging via echocardiography to support patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical teams across travel assignments in Greenwood, SC and other locations.
