MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a contract in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role involves performing 2D echoes, M-mode, and Doppler studies with 40 hours per week on day shifts, starting 11/09/2026 for 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for examination under supervision.
• Perform 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode and Doppler studies.
• Provide preliminary interpretation of studies.
• Maintain accurate echo records and documentation.
• Assist supervising physicians with training of staff and residents.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple echocardiography platforms and technology.
• Read and follow physician orders and protocols.

Duties Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the supervising physicians in the Non-Invasive Cardiology Lab, prepares patient for examination, performs all 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode and Doppler studies.
• Prepare preliminary interpretation of those studies.
• Prepare and maintain records patient to echo studies.
• Assist supervising physicians with the training of residents, fellows, faculty and other physicians.
• Knowledge of multiple echocardiography platforms and technology.
• Ability to read, interprets, apply, and or follow physicians orders, policies, procedures, or written and verbal instructions.
