Focus Staff is seeking a Travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Shreveport, LA. This travel role offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts and the opportunity to provide advanced cardiac imaging across multiple clinical environments.

Ideal candidates hold a radiologic/ultrasound credential, ARDMS or equivalent, BLS, and 1–2 years of echocardiography experience; certification in cardiac modalities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program.
• National certification from ARDMS or equivalent and state licensure where required.
• Advance certification in Cardiac/Vascular modalities within 18 months if applicable.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1–2 years of echocardiography experience.

Travel Echo Tech Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program.
• Requires national certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent if applicable and license by the state regulatory agency if applicable
• Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty, RVT/RCS/RDCS or equivalent for Cardiac/Vascular, required within 18 months of hire if applicable.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency at all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist.
• Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
